Diwaniya showcases the latest designs of Indian as well as imported Furnishing Fabrics, Curtains, Drapery Rods, all types of Blinds, Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets, Mattresses, Pillows, Bed linen, Wooden floorings, and lots of other interior accessories. Having its flagship store at Palarivattam, Cochin; Diwaniya is equipped with a furnishing team experienced in international standards comprising of the advanced range of machineries & tools for decorating interiors in the most unique pattern & perfection.

Mr Imam Salih, the Chief Executive of Diwaniya Group; having prior experience in soft furnishings and interior decoration with an American company in the middle east planned to start this unique venture.

It was in 1990 that Diwaniya Furnishings started its operations in Cochin as the first exclusive showroom for soft furnishings in the city. Since then, scores of homes, hotels and offices have been beautified by Diwaniya.

In 1993, Diwaniya expanded its activities by being the distributor for M/s Sintex Industries Ltd and opening branches at Trivandrum and at Kollam. In 2005, second branch was opened at Cochin in Kadavanthara. The present flagship store at own premises started functioning in November 2007.
At present Diwaniya operates from its 10,000 sqft own multilevel showroom at Palarivattom and with another Storage, workshop and production/finishing area of 20,000 sqft. We have a professionally qualified team which overlooks the administration and sales along with technically skilled, Gulf experienced work force.

In 2005, Diwaniya furnishings received ISO 9001:2000, certification of quality for providing world-class interior decorations & soft furnishings from International Certifications Ltd. which is being audited & renewed every year.  Diwaniya has the unique honor of being awarded the 'Best Sintex distributor' award for 9 years, consecutively.

Mr.Imam Salih, the CEO of Diwaniya Furnishings has also received the "National Status Award for Industrial Excellence 2006" by the "Indian Organisation for Commerce and Industry" New Delhi.

Overseas Operation
Diwaniya Furnishings has its branches functioning in Al-Ghusais, Dubai with sourcing and export/import office in the Hamriyah free zone, Sharjah and also at Foshan City, China.

Diversified Activities
In 2002, a multispeciality alternate medical centre named Alfalah Natural Treatment Centre LLC started functioning in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is the first approved alternate medical centre for Homeopathic, Ayurvedic and Acupuncture treatment.

Diwaniya is also into real estate development since 1995 with its first project Royal Plaza, a multi storied commercial complex of 88,000 Sq.ft at Bank Junction, Aluva.

Future Plans
In line with the Cochin showroom for total home furnishing, more showrooms are in store at Trivandrum, Kottayam, Calicut and at Bangalore. Similar operations are also planned at Bahrain and Qatar in the near future.
